Booking an appointment is easy.

Choose one of the 3 options below or simply call us at 604 879 3032 and we will help get you started.

1. Have your referring physician’s staff call us and book an appointment for you

2. Have your referring physician complete our referral form and fax it to us. We will then we call you to book your appointment

3. If you don’t have a referral, you may call us directly to book your appointment. There is a $100 non-refundable fee for a consultation without a referral.

Note: a referral is required for your consultation with all specialists in BC. If you wish to be seen without a referral a fee will be charged.

We are pleased to see non-BC residents.

The typical wait time for an appointment is 2-4 weeks. We are one of Canada’s largest fertility clinics with some of the country’s highest pregnancy rates. We work hard to ensure you are seen as soon as possible.

We have two convenient locations to serve patients in the Lower Mainland.

Parking is available on the P2 level of our building. The parkade entrance is on West 8th Avenue next to the back of the car dealership. You may park in any non-reserved stall.

Parking is also available across the street below the Staples store and above Toys R Us. Metered parking on the street is available until 3:00pm.

Please note that Genesis is a fragrance free clinic. Please do not wear perfumes or colognes to Genesis. Thank you!
